POLICE THREATEN POLICE WITH DEATH MR. DAVID GRIFFITH, 23yrs, Police Constable #192 reported to police that at about 9:00pm on the 14.5.08, he was at #21 Oleander Street and Daisy Lane, Belize City conducting a search on a black Trooper which was parked in front of the residence of Darren Banks. Present during the search were Steven Zelaya, and a brown complexion male dressed in a Sadie Vernon uniform. During the search, Police Constable Delmar Moguel approached PC Griffith (with a bottle in his hand) and told him to get out of his vehicle. PC Griffith proceeded and PC Moguel then came up to him (PC Griffith) pointed in his face and said, “You di ride wah high horse, remember you ride home by yoh self, remember you dah flesh.” PC Moguel continued, “you wah dead, if you no dead tonight, you wah dead wah next night, remember you dah flesh boy, you don’t know what I have in store for you,” Fearing for his life PC Griffith then left. Police have arrested and charged PC Delmar Moguel with THREAT OF DEATH. REPORT NO. 3 DRUG TRAFFICKING/KEPT AMMO W/O LICENSE 11:00AM 15/5/08 MILLS AGAIN CHARGED WITH DRUGS & KEPT AMMO On Wednesday 14th May 2008, at 4:20pm, in reference to a report made against Eric Mills, police obtained a search warrant, signed by a Justice of the Peace then escorted Mills to his home on Freetown Road, Belize City. Police executed the search and found several parcels of cannabis and (1) live 9mm bullet. The cannabis was weighed and amounted to 2044 grams. Police have formally arrested and charged ERIC MILLS, 53yrs, Jamaican Food Vendor of a Freetown Road address for the crimes of Drug Trafficking and Kept Ammunition without a gun License. ARREST: Reference report made by Ladrick Bell on May 1st, 2008, police formally arrested and charged 21 year old MARLON JONES, of San Pedro Town for the crime of Aggravated Assault. POSTMORTEM EXAMINATION On the 15/5/08, at about 2:00pm, Dr. Estradabran conducted a Postmortem Examination on the body of GLEN URBINA, 29yrs, of #109 Cemetery Road, Belize City. The body was identified and at the conclusion the doctor certified the cause of death to be Acute Pulmonary Deolema Chronic Fibrosis Lung Disease, Right lateral ventricle and Rulearachnoid Cerebellum Hemorrhage, Head Trauma.
