MS. EUGENIE AGUILAR, 41yrs, of Belize City reported that about 10:20am on Tuesday 1/7/08, she parked her 2002 grAy in color Toyota land cruiser (L/P C- 28099) in front of “Abraham Hair Moda” Saloon located at #3679 Blue marlin Drive and entered the establishment. After conducting her business she came out and as she was walking towards her vehicle, she felt someone placing an object to the right side of her head and a male voice telling her to “hold up.” Ms. Aguilar further stated that she managed to see that the assailant had a black handgun. The gunman then took her black Coach brand, hand bag which contained a wallet, a social security card, a driver’s license, a credit card, a bunch of keys, (1) black in color Cellular phone, Armani brand with calling #610-5116, $120.00 in cash and other personal items. Thereafter, the assailant ran behind her vehicle and Ms. Aguilar then called for help however, nobody came to her assistance. The man described as of dark complexion, then approached her again and demanded that she get inside her vehicle -- she refused and handed over her vehicle key to him. He then got inside her vehicle and drove off with it. Police have recovered (1) 2002, gray in color Toyota land cruiser, L/P C- 28099 (1) black in color Coach brand, hand bag which contained (1) beige in color wallet, a social security card, a driver’s license, a credit card, a bunch of keys, (1) black in color Cellular phone, Armani brand with calling #610-5116.
ARREST: Reference report made by a 12 year old minor on the 26.6.08, police formally arrested and charged Horace Portillo, 32yrs, police officer of #4 Seagull Street, Belize City for the crime of Carnal Knowledge.

INCEST
A Guatemalan domestic of Long Bank Village, Stann Creek District visited the Dangriga Police Station along with her 15 year old daughter reported to police that on the 02.03.07 whilst her daughter was asleep during the course of the night she was awaken by someone kissing her on the mouth and upon waking up she noticed that it was her father. The minor told police that her father then proceeded to have sex with her. On the 29/06/08, at about 5:00am, whilst sleeping on the floor in her parents’ room, she was awakened by her father rubbing her breast and fondling her. This time she immediately told her mother what had happened and made a report to Police. A Medico Legal Form was issued and a doctor certified the child had been carnally known. Police have detained the father a laborer of Long Bank Village pending charges of Incest and Indecent Assault.
MISSING MONEY
Trevor del Valle, 32yrs, owner of Playa Lounge of Sea grape drive reported that on Monday, June 30, 2008 about 5:25pm while he was at his business place, he noticed that his Belize bank deposit bag, which had $3,800.00 in cash and two cheques amounting to $700.00 all totaling $4,500.00, was missing. Police visited the scene and are on the lookout for a suspect in connection with this incident.
